Pauline & Jean Charles run the refuge. Vistors can stay for one or several nights, for a whole stay or simply a good meal while climbing up to the famous Crêt de la Neige...

Located on the ski resort of Lélex, 1436m high, 15 mn walk from the top of the La Catheline cablecar, the Refuge de La Loge is open all year round (except from 1st May to the 7th June and from 26th October to 18th December)

In the summer, the refuge is on the path GR9, on the Grande Traversée du Jura (GTJ) and on the Balcon du Léman. 

In the winter, it's on the marked snowshoe path to the Crêt de La Neige and the GTJ.

The atmosphere and comfort are rural (for the moment thanks to the renovation which is planned for soon), but the refuge knows how to fulfil your needs of nature, conviviality, meeting other persons, discover the local products and meals...

The Refuge de La Loge has a dormitory of 19 beds located upstairs (you can use the mattresses and blankets, but have to bring sheets or sleeping bags), some washbasins and toilets supplied by rain water and snow thaw. Be careful : the refuge doesn't have any drinking water nor showers... The refuge sells bottles of water and other drinks. 

Pauline and Jean Charles do the cooking, but you can also rent out the whole Refuge, and do the cooking by yourself.
