The 4 ski areas

 

Lelex-Crozet :

Lélex area will be open everyday from Saturday, December 21, 2019 to Sunday, March 29, 2020. Crozet area will be open everyday until Sunday, March 22, 2020 and from March 23rd only Wednesdays, Saturdays and Sundays until March 29th. (these dates can vary depending on snow conditions).

 

This ski area is dedicated to alpine skier, whether beginner or expert. Its tracks offer the largest area and the largest slope of the Jura mountains. In the valley of the Valserine, lies the village of Lélex and on the other side, the skier comes to Crozet. This site features 24 slopes, 33 hectares covered by snowmaking, and 10 lifts and also 1 pedestrian trail and 4 snowshoe trails.

MIJOUX-LA FAUCILLE :

La Faucille area will be open everyday from Saturday, December 21, 2019 to Sunday, March 29, 2020. Mijoux area will be open the weekends and during school holidays until Sunday, March 15, 2020. (Tthese dates can vary depending on snow conditions).

 

Mijoux is a multi-activities village: Downhill skiing is possible from Mijoux by taking the Valmijoux chairlift to reach the Col de La Faucille and join the entire area where 13 slopes are drawn. Cross country skiing is available from the village, where 35 km of groomed double track trails are just waiting for you. This site propose also 1 pedestrian trail and 1 snowshoe trail.

LA VATTAY-VALSERINE :

La Vattay area will be open everyday as soon as the snow will be sufficient until Sunday, March 29, 2020.

 

This area is dedicated to Nordic skiing with over 150 km of slopes in the Valserine valley and on the plateau of La Vattay, on which you can enjoy skating or alternative. La Vattay is a site known and renowned for the quality and variety of its tracks. The slopes from green to black level, are all double-groomed ski tracks suitable for all levels of practice. Between the fields of La Vattay and Valserine, at Mijoux, there is a groomed trail to discover the joys of descent and return to Mijoux. You will find also three snowshoe trails, one footpath, locker rooms, showers and picnic room.

MENTHIERES : 

Menthières area will be open from Thursday to Sunday and during school holidays (Zone A) until Sunday, March 8, 2020. (These dates can vary depending on snow conditions).

 

This area is situated in the village of Chézery-Forens offer you all Jura atmosphere : a rolling plateau and a skyline bristling spruce with 6 alpine ski slopes, 2 Nordic ski slopes and a beginner area. A picnic room is also available.
